One of HMI's newest features is the completely Custom Archtop Doorways available for the SafeGuard™ Steel Entry, SafeGuard™ Security Storm and Fiberglass Doors. Customers can choose from a variety of shapes to fit their home's decor ranging from a full circular arch to a cathedral top. Although customers may choose any door they would like along with any archtop, HMI has set aside a certain number set of doors that mach perfectly with the archtop configurations.

A unique and innovative design, brought to you by HMI, is the new French Sidelite. Unlike other door and sidelite configurations, the French sidelite has the ability to further open up the doorway. Housed in a sungle frame, the French Sidelite provides our customers with a larger and more practical doorway opening, making the movement of household appliances and furniture a breeze.

The French Sidelite is not only available with any sidelite and door style combination, but also with a two sidelite and door combination.

A common problem amongst storm doors is the eventual sagging of the door—sometimes within the first six months. Weak hinges along with regular use cause the aluminum to sag and droop preventing the door from sitting perfectly in place. To solve these problems HMI has taken a step ahead into advancement and now supplies their customers with aluminum extruded hinges, gussets, styles and rails.

Internal Muntins and Blinds offer the same beauty as the conventional external mount design but with the added benefit of easy cleaning. These blinds and muntins are enclosed between two pieces of tempered glass providing excellent insulation along with exceptional functionality.
